By using NoGoon ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NoGoon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use NoGoon. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post explicit, hateful, or harmful content in community features
• Attempt to manipulate streaks, XP, or leaderboards through unauthorized means
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App

5. Community Guidelines

NoGoon's social features (community feed, clan chat, Battle Buddy messaging) are moderated. Content must be:

• Family-friendly and supportive
• Free from explicit language, images, or references
• Encouraging and positive — no shaming
• Respectful of all users regardless of background

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

NoGoon offers an optional premium subscription ("NoGoon Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Core recovery features (streak tracking, panic button, basic challenges) are always free.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in NoGoon are owned by NoGoon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

NoGoon is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are struggling with addiction or mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified professional.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoGoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
